To view your claim option on your account, please do the following:

1. Go to RCI.com.

2. Login to your account.

3. You will be able to see your current Exchange Balance, your Coupon Balance, and your membership Paid through date.

4. If you’re a first time user, follow the steps on RCI.com to create a new online account. If assistance is needed in creating a online account, please call 1-800-338-7777 and request Web assistance.

5. Once you login to your account, you will see your benefits.
