Two-month extension of your RCI Weeks Exchange Program membership: With the Membership Renewal Credit option, no further action from you is required. A two-month extension of your current RCI Weeks Exchange Program membership has been posted to your renewal paid through date, which can be viewed on your RCI account at RCI.com. $20 USD credit toward RCI Weeks Exchange Program membership renewal: This claim option must be used prior to or on April 11, 2013. To use the $20 USD credit toward RCI Weeks Exchange Program membership renewal, contact RCI at 1-866-RCI-CARE (1-866-724-2273). Please have your reference number, 821190, with you when calling.
Claim Options for Current Members:
– Expiring Deposit Recognition Claim Option: This claim option provides a $30 USD credit towards your next vacation exchange and must be used on or before October 10, 2010. A coupon for $30 will be posted to your RCI membership account which can be viewed at RCI.com. If you prefer, you can contact us at 1-800-338-7777 and one of our vacation guides will be able to assist you. Please have your reference number, 821197, with you when calling.
– Request First: This claim option must be used prior to or on July 10, 2012. Future deposit information is required to initiate your Request First option. Please note that you will first need to contact your home resort to ensure that your maintenance fees are current for the year of the interval of the planned deposit. If you own float time, you will first need to contact your resort to obtain deposit information (unit assignment and start date). When you are ready, please contact RCI at 1-866-RCI-CARE (1-866-724-2273). Please have your reference number, 821188, with you when calling. The start date of your planned deposit must be more than 9 months from the day you contact RCI.
– Membership Renewal Credit
– $20 credit toward your next Exchange: This claim option must be used prior to or on July 10, 2012. A $20 USD credit toward your next Exchange has been posted to your RCI Weeks Exchange Program membership account. You can see and use this coupon on your account at RCI.com or you can contact us at 1-800-338-7777 and one of our vacation guides will be able to assist you. Please have your reference number, 821191, with you when calling.
– Prorated Refund of Subscription Fees: Redemption of this claim is automatic if you do not have any unused week(s) in your account or an upcoming exchange No further action is required on your part. However, if you do have any unused week(s) on your account or an upcoming exchange vacation, this option may not be automatic. Please contact RCI at 866-RCI-CARE (866-724-2273) and have your reference number, 821192 available so that we can discuss redemption of this option with you.
– Free Rental Night with Non-exchange Vacation: This claim option must be used prior to or on July 10, 2011. You must book and have paid for at least one nightly rental stay in order to redeem this option. The one night free rental must be added immediately before or immediately after the paid portion of the nightly stay so that all nights are consecutive. Please contact RCI at 1-800-338-7777 to redeem and have your reference number, 821193, available when calling.
– $100 USD Cruise Certificate: This claim option must be booked prior to or on July 10, 2011. To redeem your $100 USD Cruise Certificate, contact RCI at 1-800-338-7777. Please have your reference number, 821195, with you when calling. A vacation guide will be happy to direct your call to the appropriate department.
Claim Options for Former Members:
– $15 USD Check: No action is required for this claim option. A check will be mailed to the address on your claim form in time to arrive on or before October 11, 2010.
– $15 USD Credit toward a new RCI Weeks Exchange Program Membership: This claim option must be used prior to or on October 11, 2010. Contact RCI at 1-866-RCI-CARE (1-866-724-2273).
